Where is MyMercy available?
Currently, the MyMercy patient portal is available to Mercy patients in all the communities they serve.
Is there a fee to use MyMercy?
No. MyMercy Login Portal is a free online service offered to Mercy patients.
Who can have a My Mercy account?
Mercy patients can have Mercy online account. A parent or legal guardian of a Mercy patient of age below 18 can register online or contact the child’s Mercy Care Team to obtain an online account.
Can I connect to MyMercy from my mobile phone?
Yes, the MyMercy app put the power of using awesome services and features in the palm of your hand.
Can I cancel an appointment online through MyMercy?
Yes. Appointments scheduled previously may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance online.
However, appointments that will occur in less than 24 hours can only be canceled by phone.
How can I refill a prescription through MyMercy?
You can ask your care team to refill your prescription through MyMercy:
- Login > Menu > Medications > Request refill (below the medication(s) you need) > Next
- Complete the requested information and submit it.
Can my spouse and I share one MyMercy account?
No. Each person needs to have his or her own My Mercy online account, as each person has his or her own medical record. However, you can grant another person, such as a spouse or family member, the ability to access your account. This is called “Account Access.”
- Login > Menu > Account Access > Access To Your Medical Records > Instant Access
MyMercy will walk you through the steps for granting others access to your MyMercy account.
How do I customize the notifications that I receive from MyMercy?
Notifications can be managed within Communication Preferences:
- Login > Menu > Communication Preferences
From there you can choose which notifications you’d like to receive, how you’d like to receive them, and their frequency. Remember to expand each category for more control over each category.
How long do I have to wait to receive my test results?
MyMercy patient portal updates all test results as soon as they’re available to see. You can also see the doctor’s comments on the results on the very same day.
